AAGS Community Cat Shelter Building Workshop

Do you care for community cats? Help them stay warm this winter!

Animal Alliance of Greater Syracuse (AAGS) is hosting a Community Cat Shelter Building Workshop to help prepare the community cat colonies of Central New York for the cold winter months ahead. If you care for outdoor cats, join us to build shelters that provide a safe, dry place for them to escape the winter weather!

 When: Saturday, November 14 from  10 AM - 12PM

Where: 2132 W. Genesee St., Syracuse (Westvale Plaza)

 Suggested donation: $10

Please register by Saturday, November 7 at https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/aags-community-cat-shelter-building-workshop

We’re also collecting supplies to build the shelters:

• 18- and 30-gallon totes with secure lids and no cracks

• Straw

• Styrofoam sheets or coolers

• Zip ties and duct tape

Every shelter can make a difference for cats living outdoors this winter. Help us give community cats a warmer, safer place to weather the cold!
