Danielle became involved in animal welfare in 2021 when she started fostering pregnant cats and kittens. Seeing the growing pet overpopulation crisis firsthand motivated her to support AAGS and its mission to create lasting change through spay and neuter access. She joined as a volunteer for AAGS in 2025.

She brings a background in IT to the board, helping with the website, fundraising efforts, and social media. At home, Danielle and her husband Andrew share their lives with 3 cats and 1 dog. Their most recent adoption was a foster who arrived pregnant and gave birth to 5 kittens. She became friends with their dog and joined the family once her kittens found their forever homes.
