Annette has been a dedicated animal advocate for more than 35 years. As a longtime member — and former board member — of People for Animal Rights, she has participated in protests, tabling, and community outreach events to advance animal welfare.

She is also an active cat rescuer who cares for community cats, fosters felines in need, and is a devoted mom to her own cats. Annette joined Animal Alliance of Greater Syracuse to continue advocating for animals and regularly participates in Court Watch to support accountability in animal cruelty cases.
