Making An Impact At Home & Around The World

Animal Alliance of Greater Syracuse (AAGS) has once again partnered with Funds2Orgs (F2O) for its 2022 PAWS-itively  SOLE-ful Shoe Drive!

So how does this work?​

Your shoe donations are collected and bagged up by AAGS volunteers

At the end of the Shoe Drive, F2O will pick up all the bags and will weigh them

IMPACT HERE AT HOME - AAGS is paid for the shoes collected by the pound.  The funds raised are deposited into an account that is dedicated to opening a new high-volume, low-cost spay and neuter clinic here in CNY!*

IMPACT AROUND THE WORLD - The shoes that F2O has collected from us then serve as a philanthropic bridge to give people a hand-UP and work opportunity in developing countries, rather than just a hand-OUT. Micro-entrepreneurs set up small businesses. They sell the shoes you donated in their communities, which creates business and commerce opportunities leading to sustainability. 

* If for some reason the Animal Alliance of Greater Syracuse is unable to complete and open the proposed clinic, all funds set aside for this project will be used to provide low-cost spay and neuter services to qualifying low-income families of the community and their pets through using other local services.
